By the combination of a highly specific product portfolio and a customized service, NARA provides tailor-made solutions for a wide range of powder processing requirements.
Our range of processes essentially consists of these three main processing units:
- Particle design: Coating, Embedding, Taste-masking, Particle size standardizing
- Drying/Cooling/Heating/Crystallizing: Filter cakes, Granulates, Powder, Slurries, Suspensions, etc.
- Milling: Crushers and Mills for pharmaceutical use (Containment), Chemistry, Food industry, Synthetic materials, etc.
Most of our technologies are available from laboratory to large industrial scale. The machines or their main parts are manufactured in NARAs own workshops in Tokyo. If required, we add machine elements from selected suppliers, alter the machine according to national standards and let some parts be fabricated by renowned European manufacturers.
