NARA Super Clean Mill is an impact type pulverizer excellent in disassembly/cleaning performance, developed to comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) thoroughly. Mainly Super Clean Mill fits for milling pharmaceutical products and foods. The advantages of the Jiyu Mill, which is the pioneer of impact type pulverizer, include high capacity, less heat generation, easy control of particle distribution, and easy maintenance.

Features

Powder contact parts are easily disassembled so the perfect cleaning can be made.
Bearings and shaft seal part are separated. Super Clean Mill has air seal structure by which foreign materials can be prohibited from entering from outside.
Rotating part and motor are directly connected via coupling so there is no concern about belt dust in the surroundings.
As for the bearing, grease-filled, non-feeding type is adopted so refilling of oil is not required.

Practical use

Pulverization system including raw material feeder, blower, cyclone, etc. can be constructed.
It is possible to set up a closed-circuit system utilizing inert gas.
