All-in-one solution

Mixing, granulation and coating can be conducted in one vessel. NARA offers equipment configurations of pharma type suitable for GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, heavy-duty type suitable for a wide range of materials, and laboratory type suitable for R&D. Uniform mixing, granulation and coating can be conducted in a short time, and dense spherical granules (100μm-3mm) are obtained.

• Safety: The control panel is designed with low voltage circuits. Safety key locks are installed on the lid and outlet valves of the container. A special air-flushed shaft seal prevents contamination with the product.
• Quality control: Cooling, heating and vacuum can be recorded in addition to the operating parameters. Via a corresponding control, the torque, for example, can be displayed depending on the operating parameters..
• Disassembly and cleaning: The unit can be cleaned (CIP) or sterilized (SIP) on site. Disassembly and removing of main agitation and granulation blades are possible within a few minutes.
